Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your sites will be deactivated but remain in our system for 30 days
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • We do not provide refunds for:
    • Partial unused subscription periods
    • Subscriptions older than 14 days
    • Renewal payments
